Since 2012, Aggieland Vacation Rentals has welcomed thousands of guests to Bryan–College Station with professionally managed vacation homes that offer far more than a place to sleep—they provide a place to gather, reconnect, and create memories.
As locals, we know this community because it’s our home. Our team lives here, raises our families here, and proudly supports Texas A&M University and the traditions that make Aggieland unlike anywhere else.
Today, Aggieland Vacation Rentals manages more than 40 unique vacation homes throughout Bryan, College Station, and the surrounding communities. From cozy cottages and luxury homes with pools to game day retreats just minutes from Kyle Field, every property is professionally cleaned, thoughtfully maintained, and cared for as if it were our own.
Many of our homes are perfect for Aggie football weekends, graduations, weddings, family reunions, business travel, and extended stays. Several also welcome small private events with prior approval.

Our services include professional marketing, dynamic pricing, guest communication, reservation management, cleaning coordination, property inspections, preventative maintenance, repair coordination, owner reporting, and concierge services for both homeowners and guests.
For owners who have both short-term and long-term rental investments, we offer a unique advantage. Aggieland Vacation Rentals specializes in professionally managing vacation homes, while our sister company, Texas Prime Real Estate, provides full-service long-term property management throughout the Brazos Valley. Both companies are owned by Broker Kathy Scott and are fully licensed and insured, allowing homeowners to work with one experienced team for every stage of their real estate investment.
To better serve our homeowners and guests, we’ve built our own support companies. Our in-house maintenance team provides responsive repairs and preventative maintenance to protect each property, while Maids and More Plus specializes in the detailed cleaning and preparation that keeps every home guest-ready. Together, our companies work seamlessly to deliver consistent quality, faster response times, and exceptional care for every property we manage.
